TERMS OF USE

Version date: August 17, 2025

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Oleksii Bulat, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (NIP: 6762646844, REGON: 525829500), operating under the business name “Jahro” (“Jahro”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms govern and regulate your access to, and use of:

  • Jahro's proprietary web application (the “Web Application”);
  • Jahro's Unity plugin (the “Unity Plugin”);
  • Any related websites operated or controlled by Jahro, including but not limited to https://jahro.io and https://console.jahro.io;
  • Jahro's official documentation (https://jahro.io/docs); and
  • All other related software, tools, integrations, APIs, services, features, materials, and content made available or otherwise provided by Jahro (collectively, the “Service”).

Your use of certain parts of the Service, including the Unity Plugin, may be subject to additional terms and licenses, including but not limited to the Jahro Unity Plugin License available at: https://github.com/jahro-console/unity-package. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such additional terms, the additional terms shall prevail with respect to the specific component of the Service to which they apply.

By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using any portion of the Service, you:

  • (a) acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms;
  • (b) represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms; and
  • (c) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access, download, install, or use the Service, and you should immediately discontinue any such activities.

For any questions, concerns, or notices relating to these Terms or the Service, you may contact us at: support@jahro.io.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Service consists of two main components: (i) the Web Application and related cloud-based services, and (ii) the Unity Plugin. The scope, capabilities, and limitations of each component are described below.

2.1 Web application functionality

Upon successful registration for an account and subject to compliance with these Terms, the Web Application provides you with access to a range of features designed to facilitate development, testing, and collaboration, including but not limited to:

  1. Team and Project Management - create, configure, and manage teams and individual projects;
  2. API Key Management - generate, assign, and revoke unique API keys on a per-project basis;
  3. User and Access Management - invite new team members, assign roles, and manage existing member access;
  4. Data Synchronization and Visualization - view synchronized logs and screenshots from Unity projects;
  5. Filtering and Search - filter and search through stored logs for faster troubleshooting;
  6. Session Sharing - share log sessions internally with your team or externally via email;
  7. Settings Configuration - modify account, team, and project preferences, including notification and sharing options;
  8. Data Deletion - permanently delete projects, teams, API keys, and accounts;
  9. Onboarding Support - receive onboarding communications and guidance to facilitate initial setup and use.

Jahro may, at its sole discretion, introduce additional functionalities, which may include (without limitation):

  1. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC);
  2. Telemetry Data Visualization;
  3. Integrated Billing (via Stripe or other providers);
  4. Third-Party Integrations (including but not limited to Slack and Discord).

Planned features are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be implemented or to function in any specific way.

2.2 Unity Plugin functionality and license.

The Unity Plugin is an in-game console that captures logs, screenshots, variables, and executes commands. It can operate in a limited offline mode without the Web Application (no cloud sync, no team sharing, no history). Cloud features require a valid API key obtained via the Web Application.

The Unity Plugin is provided under a separate license, available at: https://github.com/jahro-console/unity-package.

You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and integrate the Unity Plugin code into your projects solely for your internal use, subject to the terms of the referenced license.

You may modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Unity Plugin code for your own internal use or integration only. However, you may not distribute, sublicense, or make available modified versions of the Unity Plugin to third parties unless expressly permitted under the license.

You must retain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices included in the Unity Plugin code and documentation.

Any unauthorized use, distribution, or sublicensing of the Unity Plugin or its derivatives is prohibited and may result in termination of your access to the Service.

2.3 Use of third-party and open-source software

The Web Application and related services may incorporate or rely on third-party and open-source software components. These components are used internally by Jahro to provide and maintain the Service and are not made available for direct access or modification by users. Jahro ensures compliance with all applicable open-source licenses governing such components.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

3.1 Subscription plans

Jahro provides access to the Service through a tiered subscription model. The available plans may include, without limitation:

  1. Solo Plan - Provides access to a limited set of features, reduced storage capacity, and restricted data or usage quotas.
  2. Team Plan - Includes all features of the Solo Plan, plus support for unlimited team members, unlimited projects, and higher or snapshot and quotas.
  3. Enterprise Plan - Includes all features, along with priority or dedicated support, advanced role-based access control (RBAC), and other custom features as mutually agreed in writing between you and Jahro.

Specific limits (e.g., storage capacity, API call quotas, snapshot limits) and pricing details for each plan are displayed within the Service or on the Jahro website and may be updated from time to time at Jahro’s sole discretion. Any such updates will take effect as described in Section 10.

3.2 Billing and payment

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe or other authorized third-party payment processors designated by Jahro from time to time. By purchasing a subscription:

  • (a) you authorize Jahro (or its payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the subscription fees associated with your selected plan, including all applicable taxes, at the then-current rate;

  • (b) you agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information within your account;

  • (c) you acknowledge that subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If your payment method is declined, or if your subscription is otherwise in arrears, Jahro may, without prejudice to any other rights, suspend or terminate your access to the Service until full payment is received.

3.3 Auto-renewal

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, all paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for the same subscription term (e.g., monthly or annually) and at the then-current subscription rate, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date through your account settings or by contacting Jahro at support@jahro.io. You authorize Jahro (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method on file for each such renewal.

You are responsible for timely canceling your subscription if you do not wish it to renew. Cancelation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Service until such time.

3.4 No refunds

Except where otherwise required by applicable law:

  • All fees and charges are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-creditable, regardless of whether you actually use the Service during the subscription term;
  • Downgrading, canceling, or failing to use your subscription will not entitle you to any refund, credit, or proration of fees already paid.
3.5 Taxes

Unless otherwise indicated, subscription fees do not include applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar). You are solely responsible for paying any such taxes, excluding taxes based on Jahro’s net income.

4. ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Minimum age requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your place of residence (whichever is greater), to create an account and use the Service without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you are under the applicable age of majority but at least thirteen (13) years old, you may only create and use an account with the express consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for all activities conducted through your account. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under thirteen (13) years of age.

By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and to comply with all of their provisions.

4.3 Sanctions and export restrictions

You may not access or use the Service if:

  • (a) you are located in, under the control of, a national or resident of, or otherwise associated with any country or territory (including, without limitation, Russia and Belarus) subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions imposed by the laws of Poland, the European Union, the United States, or other applicable jurisdictions; or
  • (b) you are listed on, or owned or controlled (as defined under applicable sanctions laws) by one or more persons listed on, any applicable government sanctions, denied parties, or restricted parties lists.
4.4 Compliance with laws

It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Service is permitted under all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you. Jahro makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions, and access to the Service from territories where such access is illegal is prohibited.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

5.1 Account information

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you agree to promptly update such information as necessary to ensure its continued accuracy. Jahro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is, or becomes, false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

5.2 Account credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, API keys, and any other authentication details associated with your account. You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to use your account or credentials, except as expressly authorized by Jahro in writing.

5.3 Responsibility for account activity

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. Jahro shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials or to comply with this Section.

5.4 Unauthorized access

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account or credentials, you must immediately notify us at support@jahro.io. You agree to cooperate fully with Jahro in any investigation of suspected unauthorized activity and to take all reasonable steps requested by Jahro to prevent or limit further unauthorized access or use.

5.5 Account security Measures

Jahro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require you to change your password, revoke or reset API keys, or take other actions to protect the security of your account and the Service.

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • (a) comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms;
  • (b) use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended functionality;
  • (c) respect the rights of other users, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
  • (d) not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or impair the operation or security of the Service or Jahro’s systems.
6.2 Prohibited activities

You expressly agree not to:

  • (a) use the Service to upload, transmit, distribute, or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
  • (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or Jahro’s systems or networks;
  • (c) use automated means, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access or collect data from the Service without Jahro’s prior written consent;
  • (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including attempting to overload, spam, or otherwise degrade system performance;
  • (e) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of any component of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by Jahro Unity Plugin License or law;
  • (f) use the Service to violate any applicable export control laws or sanctions regulations;
  • (g) engage in any conduct that Jahro reasonably deems to be harmful to its reputation, business interests, or other users.
6.3 Monitoring and enforcement

Jahro reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor your use of the Service for compliance with these Terms. Jahro may investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • issuing warnings;
  • temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to the Service;
  • reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
6.4 Consequences of violation

You acknowledge and agree that any violation of this Section may cause irreparable harm to Jahro, for which monetary damages may be insufficient. Accordingly, Jahro shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available at law or equity in addition to any other rights or remedies.

7. API KEYS

7.1 Issuance and scope

API keys are unique credentials issued on a per-project basis within your Jahro account. Each API key authorizes use of the Service’s cloud synchronization and related features exclusively for the project to which it is assigned. You may use each API key on an unlimited number of devices or instances, provided all uses comply with these Terms.

7.2 Access control and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API keys and must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access or use. You agree not to share your API keys with unauthorized parties or expose them in publicly accessible code repositories or environments.

7.3 Effect of account status on API Keys

If your account is suspended, deleted, or if your subscription expires or otherwise lapses, all API key verifications will fail. This will result in immediate disabling of cloud synchronization features and any other functionalities dependent on valid API key authentication. Offline functionalities of the Unity Plugin not requiring cloud sync may remain operational but with limited capabilities.

7.4 Revocation and rotation

Jahro reserves the right to revoke, disable, or require rotation of any API key at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected misuse, security breaches, or violation of these Terms. You may generate new API keys or revoke existing ones through the Web Application’s management interface.

7.5 Limitation of liability

Jahro shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the unauthorized use or disclosure of your API keys, including but not limited to any costs, expenses, or liabilities incurred as a result of such unauthorized activity

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to the Web Application, Unity Plugin, websites, documentation, content, software, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and any related materials, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Jahro or its licensors.

8.2 License to use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Jahro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal use, in accordance with the functionalities described in these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not, and you agree not to:

  • (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content, except as expressly permitted by Jahro in writing or by applicable law;
  • (b) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Service;
  • (c) use Jahro’s trademarks, service marks, logos, or other branding without prior written consent;

  • (e) use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
8.4 Commercial use

Subject to these Terms, you are permitted to use the Service for your internal business purposes, including commercial projects. However, any resale, sublicensing, or distribution of the Service or its components as a standalone product or as part of another product or service without Jahro’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8.5 Feedback

If you provide Jahro with any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Service (“Feedback”), you agree that Jahro shall have a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise commercialize such Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

8.6 Attribution

You are not required to provide attribution, credit, or link back to Jahro for your use of the Service or any components thereof, except where otherwise expressly stated in a separate license. Jahro waives any claim or expectation of attribution for your use of the Service under these Terms.

8.7 Ownership and no third-party claims

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its content, including all intellectual property rights, are solely owned by Jahro, operated by Oleksii Bulat (sole proprietor registered in Poland). Jahro represents and warrants that, to the best of its knowledge, the Service does not infringe on any intellectual property rights of third parties, and there are no outstanding claims, liens, or encumbrances related to the Service.

8.8 Intellectual property infringement claims

Jahro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work or other intellectual property rights have been infringed through the Service, please notify Jahro promptly by submitting a written notice including:

  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email);
  • A description of the copyrighted work or IP right you claim has been infringed;
  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material within the Service;
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized;
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send such notices to support@jahro.io with the subject line “DMCA Infringement Notice.” Jahro will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law, including removing or disabling access to infringing material as appropriate. Users whose content is removed may submit a counter-notification following applicable legal requirements. Jahro reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate cases.

9. GEO-BLOCKING AND SANCTIONS

9.1 Geo-blocking measures

Jahro reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict or block access to the Service from certain geographic locations or IP addresses in order to comply with applicable economic sanctions, trade embargoes, or export control regulations imposed by Poland, the European Union, the United States, or other relevant jurisdictions.

9.2 User responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable sanctions, export control, and trade restrictions laws that apply to your access and use of the Service. You must not attempt to circumvent geo-blocking measures implemented by Jahro.

9.3 Limitation of liability

Jahro shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from geo-blocking, access restrictions, or your inability to use the Service due to compliance with sanctions or export control laws.

10. UPDATES AND DEPRECATION

10.1 Service updates

Jahro may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, release updates, upgrades, patches, or new versions of the Service to improve functionality, fix bugs, enhance security, or introduce new features. Such updates may be automatically applied or require your action to install.

10.2 Deprecation of older versions

Jahro reserves the right to deprecate, discontinue, or restrict access to older versions or components of the Service, including but not limited to the Web Application, Unity Plugin, APIs, or any other associated tools and features. Deprecated versions may experience reduced functionality, limited support, or complete unavailability.

10.3 User responsibility and risk

Continued use of any deprecated, outdated, or unsupported version of the Service is at your sole risk and may result in incompatibility, security vulnerabilities, or loss of data. Jahro disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from your use of deprecated versions.

10.4 Notification of changes

Where practicable, Jahro will endeavor to provide advance notice of significant updates, deprecations, service blocks, or other material changes via official communication channels, including but not limited to:

  • Announcements on the official Jahro Discord server;
  • Email notifications to registered users;
  • In-Plugin notifications where technically feasible.

However, Jahro is under no obligation to provide such notice, and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of these Terms.

11. ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA RETENTION

11.1 Account deletion by user

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Web Application’s account management interface or by contacting Jahro support at support@jahro.io. Upon such request, Jahro will initiate the account deletion process in accordance with these Terms.

11.2 Soft deletion policy

When an account is deleted, Jahro applies a "soft delete" procedure: your account and associated data are marked as deleted and made inaccessible through the Service’s user interfaces. However, your data may continue to be retained on Jahro’s backend systems for operational, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

11.3 Permanent deletion

Permanent deletion of all your data from Jahro’s systems will only occur upon your explicit request. You may submit such a request via support@jahro.io. Jahro will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete your data permanently within a reasonable time frame, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory retention obligations.

11.4 Data retention periods

Jahro may retain certain data for periods necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements or to enforce these Terms and protect its rights.

11.5 Consequences of deletion

Upon account deletion, you will lose all access to your projects, teams, logs, API keys, and other associated data. Jahro is not responsible for any loss of data or content resulting from account deletion or your failure to back up such data prior to deletion.

12. DISCLAIMERS

12.1 No warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Jahro does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.

12.2 No guarantee of availability or accuracy

Jahro does not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free access to the Service. The availability of the Service may be affected by factors beyond Jahro’s control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or maintenance activities. Jahro disclaims any responsibility for delays, omissions, or errors in the Service’s content or functionality.

12.3 Limitation on data preservation

While Jahro endeavors to maintain and protect your logs, screenshots, and other data, it does not guarantee that such data will be preserved, remain intact, or be free from loss, corruption, or unauthorized access. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of data loss when using the Service.

12.4 Third-party services

The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services (including but not limited to Stripe for payments and Unity for game development). Jahro is not responsible for any failures, interruptions, errors, or data loss caused by or related to such third-party services.

12.5 No liability for damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jahro and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 Maximum liability cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jahro’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of the Service, or any claim (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to Jahro for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

13.2 Exclusion of certain damages

In no event shall Jahro, its affiliates, licensors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or aggravated damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to these Terms or your use (or inability to use) the Service, even if Jahro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.3 Limitations notwithstanding

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Jahro’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14. TERMINATION

14.1 Termination by Jahro

Jahro reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, immediately and without liability, if:

  • (a) you breach or violate any provision of these Terms;
  • (b) Jahro is required to do so by law, a court order, or governmental authority;
  • (c) Jahro believes, in its sole discretion, that your conduct poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Service or other users;

14.2 Effect of termination

Upon termination or suspension:

  • (a) your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease;
  • (b) you must cease all use of the Service and delete all copies of any downloaded or locally stored components, plugins, or related materials;
  • (c) Jahro may, but is not obligated to, delete or deactivate your account and all associated data in accordance with Section 11 (Account Deletion and Data Retention).
14.3 Survival

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law, shall survive such termination.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

15.1 Governing law

These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Jurisdiction and venue

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Poland. You hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.
