Yes. We have a generous plan for solo developers. All standalone features (Commands, Watcher, In-game Logs) are completely free with limited snapshot uploads.

Jahro is built for development and testing. Use auto-disable settings to prevent activation in release builds.

Yes. Data is stored in EU (Frankfurt). We follow GDPR and industry security best practices.

Invite teammates from the web console. Set their role to control what they can view and edit.

Is pricing seat-based?

No. The subscription applies to the whole team, not per seat. Every team could have its own plan and you could be part of multiple teams.

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Credit cards, debit cards, and other Stripe-supported methods are accepted.

Do unused snapshots roll over to next month?

No. Snapshot quotas reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused snapshots do not carry over.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yes. Yearly billing offers cost savings compared to monthly billing. Snapshot quotas still reset monthly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from the web console. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. Invoices are available in your billing settings. Stripe handles all payment receipts and invoicing automatically.
