Billing and Quotas
Your plan controls how many snapshots you can capture each month, how many projects you can have, and how long Jahro keeps your debug sessions.
Jahro has three tiers: Solo (free), Team, and Enterprise. Snapshot quotas reset on your billing date each month. Retention is a rolling window from each session's capture date — sessions older than your tier's limit are deleted permanently.
Plans at a glance
| Solo | Team | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Free | See pricing |
| Team members | 1 | Unlimited |
| Projects | 3 | Unlimited |
| Snapshots / month | 100 | 1,000 + overages |
| Snapshot retention | 30 days | 90 days |
All tiers include Commands, Watcher, in-game logs, and snapshot streaming.
Quotas
Snapshots
Each snapshot session you capture counts against your monthly quota. The counter resets on your billing date.
Solo gets 100 per month. Once you hit the limit, captures stop until the next billing period — or upgrade to Team.
Team gets 1,000 per month. After that, additional snapshots cost $2 per 100, billed at period end. Set a spending limit in Billing Settings to cap overage charges.
Projects
Each project has its own API key for Unity integration. Solo tier caps at 3 projects — upgrade to Team for unlimited.
Team members
Solo tier is single-user. Team and Enterprise support unlimited members with role-based access control. See Team Management for role setup.
Snapshot retention
Retention runs from each session's capture date, not from your billing date.
| Tier | Retention |
|---|---|
| Solo | 30 days |
| Team | 90 days |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Expired snapshots are deleted permanently. Download sessions before they expire if you need long-term records.
Billing cycles
Jahro offers monthly and yearly billing. Yearly costs less. Snapshot quotas reset monthly regardless of billing cycle.
Overage charges for Team tier appear on the next billing statement, not the current one.
Managing your subscription
View current usage
Team Settings → Billing & Usage
Shows your current snapshot count, quota percentage, team member count, and project count. Updates in real time.
Upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period.
Team Settings → Billing & Usage → Upgrade
Downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Before downgrading from Team to Solo, you must:
- Reduce to 3 or fewer active projects
- Remove all team members except yourself
- Confirm snapshot usage is within 100 / month
Snapshots outside the 30-day retention window are deleted when the downgrade takes effect.
What happens when you hit a limit
| Tier | At snapshot limit |
|---|---|
| Solo | Captures blocked until next billing period |
| Team | Continues at $2 per 100 additional snapshots |
Solo tier has no overage option — captures stop hard at 100. If you need to keep going mid-month, upgrade to Team first.
