Billing & Quotas
Jahro uses a tier-based pricing model designed to scale with your team and project needs. This guide explains how billing works, what quotas apply to each tier, and how to manage your subscription effectively.
Subscription tiers
Jahro offers three subscription tiers, each designed for different team sizes and usage patterns. Your tier determines your quotas for team members, projects, snapshot captures, and retention periods.
Solo tier
The Solo tier is free and perfect for individual developers and prototypes. It includes 1 team member, 3 projects with dedicated API keys, 100 snapshots per month, and 30 days snapshot retention. All core features are included: Commands, Watcher, in-game logs, and snapshot streaming.
Team tier
The Team tier is designed for multi-role teams and studios requiring collaboration. It provides unlimited team members with role-based access control, unlimited projects, 1,000 snapshots per month, and 90 days snapshot retention. Team tier includes priority support and advanced team management features.
Pricing varies by billing period. Visit the pricing page for current rates.
Enterprise tier
The Enterprise tier is built for scaling production teams with advanced requirements. It offers unlimited snapshots, custom retention periods, priority support with custom SLA, SSO/SAML authentication, audit logs, and custom integrations. Contact the sales team for custom pricing and features.

Understanding quotas
Quotas define the limits of what you can do within each subscription tier. Jahro tracks several types of quotas that reset monthly or apply continuously depending on the resource type.
Snapshot quotas
Snapshots are your primary consumable resource. Each time you capture a snapshot session from Unity, it counts toward your monthly quota.
Solo tier: 100 snapshots per month
Team tier: 1,000 snapshots per month, then $2 per 100 additional snapshots
Enterprise tier: Unlimited snapshots
Snapshots reset at the beginning of each billing month. Once you reach your monthly limit on the Solo tier, you cannot capture new snapshots until the next billing period or until you upgrade. Team tier users can continue capturing snapshots with overage charges applied automatically.
Team member quotas
Team members are the users who can access your team's projects and snapshots.
Solo tier: 1 team member (you)
Team tier: Unlimited team members
Enterprise tier: Unlimited team members
On the Team and Enterprise tiers, you can invite team members with different roles to control access. Learn more about team management and role-based permissions.
Project quotas
Projects are how you organize different Unity applications within your team.
Solo tier: 3 projects
Team tier: Unlimited projects
Enterprise tier: Unlimited projects
Each project gets its own API key for secure Unity integration. If you need more than 3 projects on the Solo tier, upgrading to Team tier provides unlimited projects.
Retention periods
Snapshot retention determines how long your captured debugging sessions remain accessible in the web console.
Solo tier: 30 days
Team tier: 90 days
Enterprise tier: Custom retention periods
After the retention period expires, snapshots are automatically deleted. Download important debugging data before expiration if you need long-term records on Solo or Team tiers.
Billing cycles
Jahro offers both monthly and yearly billing cycles. Yearly billing provides cost savings compared to monthly billing.
Monthly billing
Charged on the same day each month based on your subscription start date. Quotas reset at the beginning of each billing period. Overage charges for Team tier apply to the current billing period.
Yearly billing
Charged annually with discounted pricing. Snapshots quotas reset monthly, but your subscription commitment is annual. Contact support for custom billing arrangements on Enterprise tier.
Managing your subscription
Access billing and subscription settings from the web console to view your current tier, usage, and payment details.
Viewing usage
Navigate to your team settings in the web console, select "Billing & Usage" from the navigation, and view current usage metrics for snapshots, team members, and projects. Usage statistics update in real-time to help you monitor your quota consumption.
Monitor your snapshot usage throughout the month to avoid hitting limits. The dashboard displays your current usage as both numbers and percentages of your quota.
Upgrading your tier
You can upgrade from Solo to Team or from Team to Enterprise at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments.
To upgrade, navigate to team settings in the web console, select "Billing & Usage", click "Upgrade" to choose your new tier, and complete payment details. Your new quotas are available immediately after upgrade.
Downgrading your tier
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower tier's quotas, you'll need to reduce usage before downgrading.
When downgrading from Team to Solo, ensure you have 3 or fewer projects, 1 team member, and snapshots within the 100/month limit. Older snapshots beyond the 30-day retention period will be deleted.
Overage charges
Only the Team tier supports overage billing for snapshots. Once you exceed 1,000 snapshots per month, additional snapshots are billed at $2 per 100 snapshots.
Overage charges appear on your next billing statement. You can set spending limits in your billing settings to prevent unexpected charges. The Solo tier does not support overages - you must upgrade to continue capturing snapshots after reaching your limit.
